This attachment is designed for use with the TC-3 for the culture of tubular scaffolds, and to allow two separate media circuits to be perfused through the lumen and around the exterior of the construct. The media perfused through the lumen of the construct is then removed from the culture chamber without ever coming into contact with the construct's exterior surface.

This attachment is particularly relevant to the culture of blood vessels and airways such as trachea/oesophagus.
