Thank you to all those who visited the Don Whitley Scientific stand at the recent PanCeltic Microbiology Meeting in Cardiff – and a special thanks to those who entered our competition. The winner of a blue iPod Shuffle, Rachel Chalmers from Public Health Wales, is pictured with Joe Walton, one of our product specialists.
On the stand we displayed the Whitley A35 Anaerobic Workstation with instant access ports. Visitors seemed particularly interested in a demonstration of the Anaerobic Conditions Monitoring System on this unit. We also provided information and a video of WASPLab, the complete robotic specimen processing system. Two full systems have recently been installed at: Niguardia Hospital, Milan and Hôpital de l’Enfant-Jésus, Québec.
