55mm Plate Option for WASP Touch

This option is composed of an adapter plate to accommodate 55mm contact plates and the operational software required by the WASP Touch. It enables users to plate a 50 microlitre linear deposition on a 55mm plate and is especially interesting for manufacturers of media for use in their own QC laboratories. If a number of samples taken from a large batch of media are inoculated with a known bacterial load, the even deposition of the linear mode enables customers to monitor growth consistency across the batch to ensure the quality of the media.
